Today, let’s talk about the different types of property that you could invest in here in Bali.

Villa

Bali is almost synonymous with the word “villa” and everything it represents: luxurious island lifestyle, beautiful aesthetics, gorgeous interiors, indoor-outdoor living, and top-notch facilities. These are the local version of budget hotels, but don’t get us wrong – the newer guesthouses in Bali are beautifully designed, aesthetically pleasing, and are sometimes prettier than your standard budget hotels! Many of them have their own unique characteristics and are complete with swimming pools, a terrace, WIFI, a flat-screen TV, AC, hot and cold water, a kitchenette, or a shared kitchen. They are cosy and convenient, and usually owned by the locals that own the land on which the guest house is built!
