Location Guide

Jimbaran

Jimbaran is one of the very best neighborhoods in South Bali to live in. It’s close to everything, including the airport, Kuta, Nusa Dua and is halfway to Seminyak, Canggu and Uluwatu. The neighborhood offers a healthy mix of both locals and expats and everything you will need is within easy reach, including international schools, private hospitals and clinics, great shopping and fantastic restaurants, hotels, spas and cafes. Thanks to its hilly landscape and great location close to the sea, residents of Jimbaran enjoy the wonderful sea breeze that blows in from the bay all year round. It’s less humid and the air is fresher. It’s also calmer and less crowded than Kuta or Canggu.

Here in Jimbaran, you’ll find one of the nicest beaches in South Bali. A popular leisure and dining destination, Jimbaran Beach is a huge family favorite; it’s a long stretch of soft, golden sand stretching for miles. Here on this stretch of sparkling golden sands, you can enjoy a leisurely relaxing walk, soak up the sunshine, swim and unwind on the sparkling shores. It’s also Bali’s seafood hub, where you can find fresh seafood to take home or enjoy right there on the beach - head to one of the many seafood restaurants that line the coast for fresh seafood hot off the coals.
